Project Description
We’ve designed a workspace for the brokerage company Cyprus Sotheby’s International Realty, specializing in luxury real estate. The core idea of the project was about office transformation into a true calling card for the company — a place that would warmly welcome clients, creating an atmosphere of comfort and trust, while remaining an elegant backdrop that doesn’t distract from the main focus — discussing real estate and client needs.
The building is organized as two interconnected office volumes surrounding a central entrance plaza.
The master plan prioritizes pedestrian movement, clear access, and generous landscaped public spaces.
Deep copper screens define the architectural character while reducing solar gain and creating comfortable shaded terraces along the façades.

Flexible floor plates accommodate companies of different sizes while maximizing daylight, efficiency, and adaptability throughout the workspace.
