Project Description
The Lucky Complex is a residential masterplan designed for the rapidly developing Zakaki district of Limassol. The proposal combines contemporary architecture with generous landscaped spaces, creating a vibrant community centred around walkability, recreation, and everyday comfort.
Five residential blocks, townhouses, and shared amenities are organized around green courtyards and pedestrian routes, offering a balanced environment that integrates private living with active public spaces.
Spatial Arrangement
The masterplan is organized into residential quarters connected by landscaped pedestrian routes and public spaces.
A clear hierarchy of public and private areas creates a walkable environment with integrated recreational and community facilities.
