Project Description

Meadows is envisioned as a contemporary residential community where architecture and landscape form a unified living environment.
Organised around a central landscaped park, the development brings together apartment residences, townhouses and shared amenities, balancing privacy with opportunities for everyday social interaction.

A clear hierarchy of public, semi-private and private spaces creates a comfortable and connected neighbourhood.
The buildings respond carefully to the natural topography of the site, maximising daylight, views and visual connections with the surrounding landscape.

Spatial Arrangement

Two residential buildings are positioned diagonally across the site, framing a protected central courtyard with landscaped gardens and a swimming pool. Their arrangement creates a private communal space screened from the street while remaining open towards the surrounding views.

Block A combines contemporary residential design with the site’s natural character through stepped volumes, recessed balconies, generous glazing, natural materials, and integrated greenery that maximise daylight and views while connecting the building to the surrounding landscape.

Block B is organised as a collection of townhouse units positioned along the southern edge of the site, creating a gradual transition between the public streetscape and the shared community landscape.
