Project Description

Portgate is an office designed around the contrast between a restrained exterior and a tactile, richly textured interior. A monochromatic material palette is enriched through a variety of surface textures, creating a refined and comfortable working environment.
The architectural character of the space is defined not by colour, but by the depth of materials, the interplay of light, and the quality of detailing.

Private Workspaces

Enclosed rooms provide acoustic privacy for focused work, online meetings, and small team discussions while visually connected to the office environment.

Spatial Arrangement

The spatial arrangement of the Portgate Office is organized around a large open public workspace that acts as the social and collaborative core of the floor.

The fluid curved geometry of the plan creates a continuous circulation path around the perimeter while softening the transition between different working environments.

Meeting Rooms

The meeting rooms are designed as enclosed collaborative environments that support focused discussions, presentations and team workshops. Transparent glazed partitions maintain a visual connection with the surrounding office, allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the floor plate while preserving acoustic privacy. Their strategic placement within the workspace creates dedicated zones for formal meetings without disrupting the openness and continuity of the overall spatial layout.
