Project Description
Tower 66 Offices is a workplace design concept developed for a premium office floor within one of Limassol's landmark high-rise buildings. The project explores how a compact floor plate can accommodate a variety of contemporary work environments while maintaining a clear spatial hierarchy, flexibility, and a refined architectural identity.
The reception and coffee point create a welcoming arrival experience while serving as informal gathering spaces throughout the working day.
Positioned near the entrance, the reception establishes a calm first impression with integrated seating and a refined material palette.

Spatial Arrangement
The project includes a huge variety of working zones - from traditional open spaces and hot desk areas to meeting rooms of different typologies, flexible areas, quite areas, informal seating and brainstorming zones.
The layouts vary in the proportion of private offices, open-plan workspaces, meeting facilities, and hospitality areas, demonstrating the flexibility of the design to accommodate a range of operational needs.
