Project Description
ETKO Urban Court reimagines an existing industrial warehouse within the ETKO district as a contemporary sports and social destination. The project combines active recreation, wellness, hospitality and community functions under one roof, creating a vibrant environment that supports both everyday training and social interaction.
Spatial Arrangement
Organized around a series of indoor courts and open gathering spaces, the design introduces a new layer of public activity within the preserved industrial structure
A warm material palette, transparent spatial organization and multifunctional facilities encourage visitors to move seamlessly between sport, leisure and social engagement.

By retaining the character of the existing building while introducing flexible contemporary programs, Urban Court transforms the former industrial space into a dynamic hub for sport, wellness and community life.
The ground floor serves as the primary point of arrival, bringing together reception, healthy food and beverage services, spectator seating and informal meeting areas. Positioned at the heart of the facility, the central welcome zone acts as a social anchor that connects visitors with the various sports and wellness activities throughout the building.
Mezzanine
The mezzanine accommodates dedicated training and wellness facilities that complement the active programs below. Fitness studios, yoga spaces and flexible exercise areas create an environment that supports both individual workouts and guided group sessions.
Rooftop
The rooftop extends the sports program beyond the interior, transforming the existing industrial building into an active urban destination. Multi-purpose courts provide additional space for recreational play, training and community events while taking advantage of the open-air setting.
